DSP Models was founded by veterans in the management of models, talent, influencers, celebrities, and recording artists. The collective experience of the founders not only allows talent to achieve success as models and influencers but also empowers them to create and establish their own platforms. As a family business founded by Darlene Josephine, Jonathan Francis, and Julian Sonny, our focus is on embracing diversity and building an agency where talent can thrive.
With over 35 years of combined experience in the modeling and talent industry, the founders have worked with prestigious agencies such as Elite Models, Best Models, Vision Models, and Bordeaux Modeling, and have received training directly under John Casblanca, the founder of Elite Models.
In addition to their extensive industry experience, Jonathan and Julian have successfully built and scaled digital and social media platforms, including Elite Daily and Kulture Hub, amassing hundreds of millions of users and views.
